We are going to smooth the surface then paint this area metallic red:

new ’94 civic trunk for CIAA show - Page 2 -- posted image.

Then we'll lay down an Alpine logo over top. We are then going to Fish Flock the entire thing in silver (same finish as the silver velvet in the car). Then remove the alpine logo to reveal the metallic red Alpine in the center.

Should look pretty nice, given the time constraints.

oh... and the pre-fab is secured in thecar, the facsia is bolted to the pre-fab via the subs, and the frame it sits in is fitted to the tail hatch.

BTW, did some edge cleaning:

Dremel wasn't working fast enough.... got out some big tools.
