Alpine's S-Series speakers feature rugged looks and tough, ultra-rigid cones. The 2-way SPS-570A 5"x7"/6"x8 speaker brings home full bass and accurate midrange with its aluminum-coated polypropylene woofer. The durable rubber surround resists deterioration from heat and humdity, adding years to the life of the speaker.

A titanium-coated PEI dome tweeter produces sharp details across a wide dispersion pattern for excellent imaging. You can swivel the titanium-coated PEI balanced dome tweeter up to 15° to fine tune high-frequency focus. Grilles are not included — factory grilles are appropriate for most installations.

Key Features:

  • aluminum-coated polypropylene woofer
  • rubber surround
  • swiveling titanium-coated PEI balanced dome tweeter
  • frequency response 35-30,000 Hz
  • recommended power range 2-40 watts RMS
  • peak power 200 watts
  • sensitivity 92 dB
  • top-mount depth 2-7/16"
  • 1-year warranty

You might look at the EA2212 2 channel amp from Eclipse. It has a continuous power rating of 50 watts RMS. another choice would be the Alpine MRP-T220. It also has a continuous power rating of 50 watts RMS.

Rewire the subs in an all parallel circuit and find yourself a class D mono sub amp that is designed and engineered to operate at 1 ohm mono. There are lots on the market today. Concept, Lightning, JBL, Rockford, Memphis and others all make some great amps for this application.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.
