98 EclipseGST Alarm w/Shaved door handles

I just bought a 7 channel spal shaved door handles kit that I am about to install.

I know that after shaving the door handles it is almost pointless to care about locking the doors, however I am a firm advocate of doing things right and want to keep this feature. This is easy to do, really, I just install the kit and use its remote to open the doors and the original car remote to lock/unlock them. The problem is that I dont want to have to use 2 remotes.

the question is: How do I wire my stock alarm to the module in the shaved door handles kit? if I have 7 channels then I should be able to right?

Any suggestions?
