My next amp question is the following in bridged mode the amp is rated at 400 X 1@ 4ohm. now my sub is 400w @ 4ohms. will the amp see this sub @ 2ohm and will the watt output increase and does it matter. i read the amp will see the speaker at half the impeadence in bridged mode at sounddomain

No you will get the rated amount of power at 4ohm.
