code alarm remote start

hi all i have a code alarm but not sure what model. it says its a sure start rvs if that helps. i got this car  (1996 cutlass suprem 4 dr) that came with this alarm but it wont start  every thing is hook up all but one orange wire can someone help.                   this is the fcc id _ goh-csm4.                                                                                            

If it doesn't start, what DOES it do? Lights flash? Horn honk? Ignition turn on? anything? Mike

sorry all it does is flash lights when i hit the start button

how many times does it flash...sounds like you either need to get tach...or turn on tach-less feature...the flashes usually are a diagnostic...each # of flashes represents certain features...

the lights on the car flash 2 times. and the tach is hook up.

Two times on a code alarm usually means that it is in valet mode. Also, check the hood pin if one is installed. Mike

i have not seen ahood pin nor a wire for one. dont know how to get out of valet mode dont even know if it has one i check all around and cant find a button for it

ok so i know have gotten the remote start to work but now i have to find out how to hook up the brake cut off and the starter grinds when i remote start .
