I got a set of leather headrests off Ebay ($15) as practice for my much anticipated installation into my car's headrests ($349/pr).

Here is how the first headrest came out:

Pic #1 - I'm fairly satisfied with the install, especially since it was my first ever.  The edges are pretty straight and smooth.  I'm a little disappointed with the ripple in the lower left corner though.  Any ideas on how to prevent?

I need to install another one for practice, and then I guess I'll be cutting into my headrests if all goes well!
