If you swap the antenna, antenna cable and remote....you have a Responder. That's the 2 way system. DEI sells an upgrade kit...544k is the part number if I remember correctly.

NO, YOU'LL USE THE NEW 2 WAY RESPONDER REMOTE THAT COMES WITH THE UPGRADE KIT.....

u put a two way responder antenna that the viper 790  has and u are now able to use the pager they come with in other words its compatibale to your alarm

thats what i said...but he was asking if he could still use his 1 way remotes and the answer is NO
