Can I handle this power?

I haven't hooked them up yet, but i was hoping somebody could tell me. I want to run 3 amps with 3 power caps. I just bought a 200 amp alternator to replace my stock 105 amp alternator. Can I hadle this much power from 3 amps. 2 are running subs the other is for my mains.

What size are the amps and how do you plan to listen?

2 sony xplods 1000watt and jensen 500 watt. not too horribly loud but will occasionally wan tot show off.

You'll be more than fine with a 200 amp alternator.  Probably would have been fine with the stock.
