I have a factory door and rear hatch control when I press the unlock, lock for the doors everything works fine but when I try to open the rear hatch from the control I get a sound from under the dash and it doesnt open what I do to fix this (just to inform it opens the rear hatch perfect from the dashboard but not the remote)

are you talking about a factory system or aftermarket???

sounds like a relay in the convience center (the remotes brain) went bad, get under the dash and see if you can find the sound. the "brain" is located about 6-8 inches to the right of the gas pedal... You might be able to get a replacement from the junk yard if you find the same year tahoe..
