The speaker was fine when it was connected to the headunit.

The whine sound has started since i've amped it up using MTX 4244 (no problem on my old car), it start when the engine started...it sometimes stop whine for a few sec, however as soon as i put into first gear.. it starts whine agian..

For more information, it does not changes pitch when rev and i mount it at the back of the passanger seat. (quite near to the engine)

Check: ground, gain, speaker wires, RCA cables, LOC if you're using one.

Are you using an LOC?  If so, replace it first as those tend to be very prone to picking up induced noise.

Other things that can cause this problem include faulty ignition wiring somewhere in your engine compartment. A bad Coil, cracked distributor cap or spark plug, bad plug wire, plug wires not being supression type, etc.  This can be very, very difficult to find.  Try moving the amp away from the engine compartment and see if it helps.

LOC is a speaker-to-line level converter.  I still think you'll have to move the amp at the very least...

u should make sure the power wire and the rca's are ran back on seperate sides of the car or else there will be noise. i dont know if the remote wirwe matters but i know i had ran my power wire and rca's on the same side once ther was alot of whining noise coming from the speakers, i had to move the rca's to the other side and it was fine

Yes. Get your power and RCA's away from eachother. Second, your ground maybe fixed to the chassie but you could still have a ground problem. If the wire is not touch bare metal (paint in the way) that could cause for bad conncetion. Check to make sure the paint is scrapped off. But mainly, get the wires away from eachother.
It is better to remain queit and have others think u are dumb, then to open your mouth and remove all doubt.
