Air Horn 30 Source

I've pretty much read all the "air horn" threads available and understood most of it, except for one thing.  The12Volt and others said you should connnect terminal 87 to a fused 12+ source which I'm assuming means running wiring with an inline fuse directly from the (+) of battery.  Correct?

However, I could like a cleaner install with as few wires under the hood as possible and if possible tap a (+) source (maybe cigarette lighter?) which is already fused from underneath the dash.  Which wire should I tap and is this setup safe?

Also, I was told my Clifford Matrix 1 cannot be connected to both the siren and horn since one is contant and the other is pulse.  Is this correct?  If this is the case then how would I wire the horn, air horn (above), and siren to go off when the alarm is triggered?
