I'd take a Mark II over anything JL or MTX have to offer. Their the best thing on the market as far as price to performance to quality ratio is concerned. JL W7's might get a little louder but a few db's isn't worth the $300 extra bucks. As for MTX's 9500, the W7 is a far superior sub. why do you say the W& is a far superior sub. SQ wise I will say the W& sounds better, although its no like its night and day, but for spl, in my tests, the 9500 beat the ever living snot outta the W7double-secret reverse-osmosis speaker-cone-induced high-level interference distortion, Its a killer
