Has anyone else had a problem with noise in the audo system with there Mustang GT.  I've found that the problem is in the drivers seat somewhere. Most of the time when the noise starts I can lift off the seat and it will stop but this does not always work. Has anyone else found this problem in there mustang?

Sounds like something is shorting out.  Take the car in to a dealer for warranty repair (assuming it's still under warranty.)  If not I suggest removing the seat and carefully inspecting all wiring.

i would suggest re-wiring the entire system.  put fuses on your wires so that incase something happens you will not have to replce all you wires but your fuses, which is a lot cheaper.  but it sounds to me like you have a wire that is shorting out, and it is shorting out because your seat is sitting on it.
