I bought an 86 Mustang GT in Februry this year. When I got the thing home, I did an inventory of what all neded to be done to the car. One of the things is the Power Door locks do not work. Upon my deeper seach I found that one of the actuators is missing and the other is cut. Tracing the wires from the switches I found that all the wiring has been cut out completely!

So here is my question: Can I use the stock actuators (buying another) and the factory switches make these work again without the stock wiring? I have a 6 position Buss Fuse panel that I put in for the custom wiring of the stereo since it to was cut out totally! What all will I need to do this? Relays and a power source? While I am at it would it be a good I dea to put remote locks on it too?

Thanks for any help I get,

Russell

I am not sure, maybe it is not possible to do what I have asked. So is there any other way to get my power locks to work? A good aftermarket kit that anyone can recommend?
