How would i wire up a bosch relay to take a  (+)signal, and boost it from the battery to spit out a amplified (+) signal.

Well, what exactly are you trying to do? If you are trying to turn a low level input to a high level output(not neccessarily amplified) it would be: 85 + activation input, 86 ground, 30 Constant +12V, and 87 + output.

im upgradeing my headlight wireing.  I purchased a new set of 9004 plugs with 12 awg wires so all i need to do is take the original power signal, run it through a relay then feed it back out through the 12 awg wire into my bulbs.

im guessing it would be the same relay set up as if i were to be adding a 2nd ignition relay to a car starter than only has 1 output.  am i right?

Relays dont amplify they use a small amount of voltage or current to control a larger voltage or current. All they are is an electric switch.

thanks!     Also, , just wondering about the ground wire on the head light, , should i permanently ground it, , or should i use a relay set up also?  triggered from the factory ground wire?

If the ground wire stays grounded when the high beams are on just ground the wire on the new harness. If it doesnt (ex. low beams go off when high beams are turned on)use the same relay setup  but be sure to change the  polarity on 87(change to -)and 86(change to +)
