SO te EIA made it so that all the wire coloring has to be the same with all the wiring harnesses....front right grey.....front left white...etc.??? and the van has no headphone jacks....just the bottom of the line big ugly 15 passenger van.

The low end model of the vans only have 4 speakers. No amp or rear audio controls. Connect your Panasonic to this harness (basically match the colors) and you should be fine.
