It's truly amazing what some guys say in order to get a sale. RF and MTX Same Company? - Page 2 -- posted image.

Rockford is a huge company and is now trying to grow their business in other directions. For instance selling direct to Nissan. And of course buying up other companies like Mb Quart, Lightning Audio, Q-Logic and others. Rockford Fosgate as a brand has definitely gone downhill, part due to how they distribute the brand now and part due to how the product is manufactured. Are they missing their quartery targets, judging by the numbers I would say that they are missing something. Hopefully they will make a change that they must in order to maintain their credibility in this industry. <waits for hell to freeze over>

I printed some of this thread and went by the guy who said that MTX and RF were made by the same company, and he got pissed!

He still thinks Mitek makes RF. He's probably confused about mitek making many parts for many different company's subs.

It's kind of funny to see someone who's wrong sit there and argue with you that they are right. RF and MTX Same Company? - Page 2 -- posted image.

If you go to MTX's website, they have a "Thunder vs Punch" comparison describing how MTX amps are better than RF amps.

MTX surely wouldn't be dismissing RF if they were under the same ownership, would they?
