Would 3/4 be any different than 1" if I double it up for the front of sub enclosure. The subs are RFR3110.

My neighbor has 3 full sheets of 3/4 MDF that he said I could have for $20. It is positively MDF.

3/4 should be fine if you doubling it up. The price of wood is high right now, so three sheets for $20 is a great deal.
Those 3110 are some serious subs, but the 3/4 should handle them. how many watts?
S type R.

I need new amps. I am replacing 1200.1 and 300.4 kickers for something with much more power. I'd like to find 2000watts in one amp with a matching 4 channel for cabin speakers.

For your cabin speakers, look at the Eclipse PA5422 @ 120w X 4 and for your subs, the DA7122 @ 2000W X 1. I am very familiar with the Eclipse gear, and I LOVE it all... Check it out before you decide on anything firm...
It all reminds me of something that Molière once said to Guy de Maupassant at a café in Vienna: "That's nice. You should write it down."
