i have (2) 12' kenwood woofers and a kenwood d class amp, and i have the woofers facing the trunk in a '99 intrepid. since my rear seats fold down, what i want to do is build a box with the woofers facing the front of the seat with the face of the box cut to fit the opening behind the seat, so when i fold the seat down the woofers are right there. my question is how much of a difference will i see in loss of sound? now i know alot of people don't like kenwood, but let me tell i can set off alarms from two cars back!!! so i love it.

You might notice a loss of output unless you seal the front of the box (the face with the subs) from the back of the box. In other words, seal the front of the box to your rear seat opening so that there is no chance of cancellation. Here's an article to explain why facing towards the front can cause cancellation.
