Well, chances are if you place the alarm fuse back into the CPU and the problem reappears, chances are pretty good that it's the alarm that is interferring with the system somehow or another.

i just dont see how its possible though cause i didnt touch the starter wire at all..i didnt install the starter kill. do you have any possible scenarios that would cause an aftermarket alarm to make the starter stay cranking? besides the alarm possibly being faulty?

Sorry no scenario , but deductive reasoning says that if you take out the last thing that was changed to the vehicle before the problem started and the problems goes away but come back again if you reinstall the unit, then there'e the problem. Not trying to be a smart ass but always look at the last thing that was changed to the vehicle and go from there. Have you taken out the fuse for the system ?
