What kind of sanding tools do you guys use to get smooth corners, , or do you just use your hands on corners, and dips, curves, and such??

humm, , sum how i made a mistake by posting this in the audo forum, , haha anywho, , what grit do you start with for the bondo, , then whats next and so on?

I use an orbital sander for most of my sanding, usually the orbital can get everywhere. And for sanding, I start with 120 grit, 400 grit, 600 grit, 800 (wetsand) grit, 1000 (wetsand) grit, 1500 (wetsand) grit. Smmmmmooooth.
