The one thing that I will recommend is to write down the settings when you get done. I was working on a big wig's acura legend and someone kept pulling the battery and I had to set it 5+ times until I wrote the settings down. Not quite sure about how you are setting it so it is hard to say wether you are setting it correctly.

Measure all the distances from each speaker to your head, ,including your subs, post them here and i'll get back to you with what settings you will need.

Ok my front left speaker is 30in from my left ear and my front right is 48in from my right ear.  In the back my left speaker is 18 in from my left ear and on the right it is 42 in from my right ear.  The speakers are in the door by the handles not down below.  The sub is in the middle of the trunk up against the back seat at 52 in. thanks

Not familiar with alpine, but here's the millisecond calculation:

A = (B - C) / 34

A: Delay time (ms)

B: Distance from listening position to furthest speaker (cm)
C: Distance from listening position to the speaker to be adjusted (cm)

Example:

Listening position = drivers seat
B:  right rear speaker 200cm
C:  front left speaker 50cm

Delay time = 200 cm - 50 cm / 34 = approx. 4.4ms

ok,  here it is

FL  1.6

FR 0.3

RL 2.5

RR 0.7

SUB  0.0

With that set up all your speakers are delayed enough so you sub can get up front at the same time as the speakers.
