Hi,

I had a professional car security place install my fai-300 alarm&keyless entry. Everything worked fine until the car was started for the first time after installation. When car was started alarm went off and never stopped. I unplugged the module and plugged it back in, as soon as i did that the alarm went off again, right away. I send the brain module back to the company i bought it from, they sedn me a new one and the exact same thing happend. Before I started the car everything work fine. The after the first start the alarm sounds off and NEVER stops, even when unplugging and plugging back in.

I then checked the wires myself and found that a yellow wire coming from the relay was hooked up to the constant 12V, BUT on the wiring diagram for the alarm it says that this wire has to go to "ACC". Could this be the problem???   Or has anyone ever run into something like this??? PLEASE HELP

Your right the yellow wire goes to the ACC and the red wire goes to the constant 12V, at least its that way in new zealand but not sure over there in the United States.
