Does any one have issues on range for their pagers. I think mine goes about 1 1/2 blocks. How do you extend the range?

There is a unit that extends rang but is banned in US bythefcc. It is available outside US. Range extends from stock 1500 to 5000. I saw how good one worked in Frisco up in a high rise while car was 20 stories below in a concrete parking garage. 2way features worked perfectly. What the F is up with thefcc that they won't let us have this?

Anyone have the info about where to buy?
