Ok i'm fairly good with this kinda stuff but i have never made any of these momentary relays. Here is what i want to do. Let me tell you what i have. I have 2 Street Glow Gold Series under car neon kits. What i want to do, is make the colors turn on for a while then switch. So say the red would be on for 7-10 sec then the blue would do the same. The on off part of this is just a simple switch going to the transformers. Now i really wanted them to blink with my strobes in the headlights but the transfromers cannot keep up with fast on/off action. So i figure 7-10 sec is just as good. If someone could link me to the diagram or just explain how to do it. thanks in advance

I would use a simple timer circuit using a 555 timer attached to two relays, one triggered by positive and the other triggered by neagative. The 555 in monostable operation created a square wave that can be set to osscolate between 12V and 0V at 7sec intervals with will turn on one relay at a time.
