When i use the remote start it sets off the factory alarm. My alarm (Avistart 6000 ) has a factory alarm disarm wire but dont know where to find the wire on my Sportage. OEM Alarm Arm WHITE/ RED (-) DRIVER KICK PANEL (SAME AS DOORLOCK
OEM Alarm Disarm RED / GREEN (-) DRIVER KICK PANEL WIRES) *
* Recommend Domelight Supervision NOT Be Used w/OEM Alarm Present As Alarm Will Be Triggered As Soon As Doors Lock.
Good Luck

Ok thanks sorry about that  seen the door lock colors and didnt think  clearly. Thanks Do you recommend hooking up the  disarm wire or cutting the arm/ disarm wiresin too?Does cutting them disarm and keep from rearming ? I've never used the factory alarm. Thanks for your help.

most factory alarms work off of the door locks.....diode isolate the wires and just use the same wires as the alarm door lock wires...

When you say diode isolate the wires you are talking about the arm/disarm wires then hook my alarm disarm wire to the unlock wire.Sorry for asking all the questions i hate to have to be spoon feed.
