i bought my S10 used, and it had an electric sunroof already installed in it.  well, now the gears are grinding, and it won't stay closed (although luckily it doesn't leak, yet).  any idea how I can get this thing fixed?  one guy I talked to said they can't repair them, just replace them - for $700!!

i asked Ziebart, and they said they won't touch it unless they installed it.

any help would be appreciated!
