cva-1005 problems

I just installed my cva-1005 in my ford ranger edge. Today it went in and didnt want to come out even though it was getting power. So i went to the brain unplugged the harness and now im getting no power at all? I have no idea what to do and how to fix this i checked all the fuses and everything is fine so i dunno what else i can do

Try the reset button.

was it working for any langth of time after you had it insalled

yea it was working all day today i installed it last night and i closed the unit and it wouldnt open back up so i pulled the harness out and plugged it in no power would goto the  brain. Theres power going to the harness though off my truck because i have my audiovox sirius shuttle hardwired to the harness and its getting power

i just checked all harnesses and fuses and everything is fine does anyone have any idea what could be wrong
