You have done a awesome job from what I am seeing. Got some hefty equipment (JL Audio). Make sure your box is thick...

the sub enclosure is pretty thick i think i got about 1/2 inch thickness on  the flat  sections and also the mold of the side trunk wall has many curves ...too many ...what a bitch that was to make lol .. the wall is almost  like a half circle and many contours from the wheel well , tail light and other metal  brackets . had a hell of a time trying to get the mold out . well thats what this was all about a learning process. other than that i had no problems . i own various power tools , and i DONT have a air compressor so dont think you need to buy one to get a project done . the only thing i bought was the router and Jasper 200 circle Jig for the speaker rings .

I usually use a jig saw for my speaker rings, have been meaning to buy a good router/circle jig. My rings don't come out too bad.

if you plan on doing more projects i would definetly get a router its so much easier and a nicer finshed product . i used to use a jigsaw when i made my mdf enclosures . i picked up a cheap skil router with 3 hp for $75  and a set of router bits for $25  . cheap stuff but it got the job done . the circle jig is great it makes holes from 2 to 18 inches but it wasnt cheap it was about $35

hehe funny you should ask that .  it  was a bitch for me to figure that out .  since the back of the enclosure was so curved and had to many angles i couldnt drive a screw to the wall in the trunk . i found a 1\2 inch hole in the trunkwall that was there already . i used this bolt and this piece thats like a blade i dont know the exact name for it but basicly its made for drywall mounting , the piece folds in half and goes in the whole then it opens up on the other side and then i tightened the bolt inside the enlosure and locked it to the trunk wall . dman i dont know if i explained it right maybe ill take a pic and show you
