I'm fairly new to this kind of stuff, but I just helped a friend install remote start/keyless entry into his 98 blazer.  I'm 99% sure your vehicle also has passlock, but it's just for the ignition.  Unless you're installing remote start you won't have to mess with it

You have Passlock but it has no bearing on a keyless entry install unless your doing a remote start.

Ok thanks, Yeah im just hooking up keyless entry, no remote start. Thanks alot guys. I bought the omega REC43, it was the cheapest thing I can find I just needed to get something that locks and unlocks the doors. Its not even for my truck so I dont really care. You guys have tips on how to hook these things up? I've never intalled one. Ive done all the electrical work on my trailblazer but never a keyless entry.
