Ok my firend just installed new amp and add sub to the system but he defently doesn,t want to change his HU, now he has basic what was in car he is driving honda civic 2004 ...

Question how to connect remote power.....?????

If you have a dmm you can pull the head unit out & test the wires to see which one gives you 12v when you turn on the head unit.Or you can hook  your remote turn on to a 12v acc @ fuse block.

find your acc wire and tap into thier at the radio or the steering colum
