On the alarm light output i have it ran fused to my headlamps and a neon light in the grill. when i cut on my head lights the neon also comes on. is there anyway i can stop the power from coming back up the wire?

Why do you want to isolate the current ? and from what ? the alarm or from each other ?

i want to be able to control when the neon comes on with the use of toggle switch. right now it stays on when i cut my parking lights on.

Simply place the toggle switch inline on the power lead to the neon.

Or you could use a diode in the circuit and have the current go only one way.

Just a suggestion!
