The wiring diagram I got off this site is wrong, or Im incredibly dumb. It lists more wires then what are really there. I honestly dont know much about cars. Alot of my friends do but Im tired of waiting around so I decided to try and install it myself. My first problem I ran into was I kept blowing my fuses, cause I didnt know which wires went to what. I finally got a majority of them figured out. My delimah is, I wired the stereo and my cars constant's together because I cannot find my cars switched wire. I've touched it to everything. I even got a Chiltons book. That doesnt even have the wiring diagram for my stereo in it. Anyways, my dash lights and chimmer for when my lights are on or my keys are in the ignition does not work. I have no clue what I did. Everyone says I blew a fuse but I checked every single one of them and they are fine. The thing is when I unplug my stereo the dash lights work but the chimmer doesnt. Please help!!! Ahhh! Im broke or I would pay someone.

Have a look at www.installdr.com to see if your vehicle is listed there. If you have cut wires and are arbitrarily hooking them up and trying things, stop right now and take it to a specialty shop and get it fixed properly before you damage something to the tune of huge coin.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

First off there is no switched ignition wire in these car's at the radio because of the databus wire. The switched ignition wire you have to grab at the ignition switch ( PINK ). Second with the removal of the OEM radio you will loose the chime because of the same reason,  the databus is channeled through the radio and uses the speaker's as the audible reminder for the keys and lights. If you want this feature to come back, you have to get the proper harness for this installation.
