I know when the job is done and the customer doesn't see your work,

How many of you out there care about your work or is it if they can't see the work who cares

Thanks for all of your replies

The quality of the work I do and my installers do is of the utmost importance. Any time that we do an install I automatically assume that this customer may move to somewhere else. If they do have a problem and are no longer close to me, the shop that does the new work is going to scrutinize my install very closely once they dig into it. Thus do a good job for the customer both visibley and behind the scenes.
Top Secret, I can tell you but then my wife will kill me.

I always tell my installers. I want someone who takes apart this car to say "Wow! who did this job?" not "Oh No! who did this job?"
The pride that you take in a job will effect the quality of the installation. A job that looks like spaghetti is worth spaghetti.

The ONE time you use a shortcut to get to an end...it will come back to haunt you.  Either you are top notch...or you are a bum.  That one digression from the norm could brand you a bum.

Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

The way I approach every install I do is

I would not do anything to a Customers Car that I wouldnt do to mine...If it isnt good enough for my vehicle...It doesnt leave my shop....Quality is everything to me...I am a tid bit anal about my installs...
