Spare tire well enclosure is the best idea; as the others said.

After countless (cardboard mockups) and designs, I was finally able to build a four cubic net enclosure for a fifteen inch sub, and yes I still have access to my back seat AND my spare tire, I have gotten a lot of help off of a couple of memebers on the sin (sound illusions .net thanks chio, and mandos they also have dodge neons) forum. The enclosure had to be installed from the back seat and then slid under the rear deck, I have access to my spare tire through the back seat I just have to carry a torx for my back seat. When I have a flat I just take out the back seat  and then the spare tire comes right out from under the enclosure (I do not have to move my enclosure in order for the spare tire to come out, which is a plus!). Gross volume for the enclosure is 5.3 cubic foot before port, woofer and bracing. The only modifications I had to do was cut about a half inch strip from under the rear deck so that I could get 17 inches of clearance for the design. When I am completely done finishing the enclosure i'll post pictures or a link. Thanks!!
