Flocking is easy. Sand the 'glass/bondo to 200 Grit. Then fill in pin holes with high build primer or bondo putty. Sand again.
Flock is a 2 step process. First adhesive is lightly applied with a paint brush. Then flock is shaken liberally over the adhesive. 8-12 hours to dry, then with a CLEAN dry brush, the extra flock can be removed.
Unused flock can be reused, too.
I will try to get pics up tonight.

Yeah, it holds up real well. And if you scratch it, you can fix it up nicely, too.

Hey DXAV. I was reading somewhere that you're supposed to cover the entire peice in flock at once, otherwise you'll end up with seams. In one of ur pics you show it being applied after the front portion is already flocked. Is there a seam? Also, how do you do touch ups?

Ah, because the box was shaped so drastically, I had to apply in steps. The flock won't stick to a piece well if it is standing up.
I eliminated the seems in the one pick, by brushing the area heavily, and reapplying more adhesive -- VERY lightly. Then covered generously with more flock. I will take more pics to show the results later this week.
I wasn't really worried about the seams, you will be able to see only the front of the box when installed.
