2003 ford tauras,doors lock them selves after the car is in gear and the gas pedel is hit.This about to drive me nuts.How do you stop it? thanks mike

Is it the gas pedal or when you move 3-5 mph. Im sure you can disconect that soem were, may have to call the dealer.
Never seen one on the gas pedal, but then again have not dealt with every car out there.

aiight mike i got this imfo from a buddy that has a 01 taurus so maybe it will help you out.  turn the ignition key to RUN then press the door UNLOCK button 3 times. turn the ignition key to OFF then press the door UNLOCK button 3 times.  turn the key to RUN and within 5 seconds press the UNLOCK button 1 time. you should recieve a horn chirp if you have completed it correctly. let me know if it worked.
