Were looking to buy two used 10w0 JL's  from a private audio shop. The guy is asking for $100. We've heard alot about JL audio products. It has to be the best out, let me rephrase.. it is the best out there. But if  we are correct the 10w0 is an old model. In this case would this  be a steal deal?   We would like more specs, opinions, and comparisons  info on this product.   We have a mono class d amp 900x1 rms @2ohmz  waiting for 2 subs. And are on a budget. and the 10w0 JL's seems nice. Your opinions and thoughts are much appreciated!
Or should we invest in a something else. hoping to stay under $150

JL 10w0 Is not a very good investment for $100? Wondering if the guy would bargain and dropp to maybe say $70?

Look at jlaudio.com.  The carry specs for all their subs (even discontinued) on there.  The w0 are some of jl's basic subs.  The handle like 125 rms I think.  My girlfriend wants one for her car.  They don't put out HUGE power but if you want something over stock then yeah there good.  You can normally get them for around $160 a pair (10").  So yeah 100 for two used isn't bad.  I would personally just put that toward a good JL 10w6v2 or if you want some serious sound the the w7 subs pound like nothing i've ever heard (the 8" sub hits harder than most 12" subs w/ an xmax of 0.75".  HUGE!!!!)

Thuan where did you get a 10w6v2 for 140?  was it used?  b/c those run like 250ish new from a certified retailer.

The 2 10 w0 subs I recently sold in ported box hit a 134db    not bad for 2 low end subs.   they still remain clean like all jl products.   with box and install we charged the guy $175 you can do alot better with 1 w6v2 vs 2 10 wo for sure but its a matter of what fits your budget
