Alright, this is my first subwoofer enclosure. I have two questions for you guys, but first im going to describe my plans. Ok, I have two 12's and i'm building a fiberglass enclosure with the two subs on the outsides of the box and my amp inlayed in the middle. So obviously I am going to have to insert two vertical pieces of wood to seperat the amp area so that I will have two seperate speaker boxes.

My first question is,  What is the best way to cut those pieces of wood and attach the fleece so that you really cant tell that there is wood there separating it?

Second, What is the best glue to use for putting your dowels in place?

I am doing one similar to that for a friend, the magnets are going to be facing out though, but the amp will be in the middle separated by mdf. What I am going to do is cut out a curve to flow with the rest of the box design and then cut out the peice of mdf for the amp to make sure I have the right angle and attatch it to the middle peice.

Could you explain this part a little more thoroughly for me I got lost on it, "then cut out the peice of mdf for the amp to make sure I have the right angle and attach it to the middle peice."

Alright guys I still have the two questions at the top but I also have one more.

I plan on bolting my amp to the bottom side of the fiberglass by gluing some bolts to the bottom side of the glass frame for my amp and then bolting the mdf its sitting on to it.

My Question is this what is the best glue or epoxy to use for these bolts?
