'99 Taurus: What wire unlocks only the driver's door, and where is it? Trying to get progressive unlock to work, and have found the wire that unlocks all doors, but not driver's door only. Thanks.

'98 Grand Am: Which black wire is the horn? Tried several different black wires in steering column, none work for horn. Also, what wire unlocks only the driver's door for progressive unlocking, and where is it located? Thanks.

My stuff says neither car has progressive unlocking, but I can not say that for sure, just what the program says.  It will only work if they have it originally, or you have to do a bunch of rewiring, different modules, etc, etc...  On grand am, horn is a black wire that runs up into the steering column, will go to ground when horn buton is pushed.  Hope it helps.
If it don't fit, Force it.
If it breaks, You needed a new one anyway!

No luck on the Taurus. Every RED / white wire in the kick panel is 12V+. Can't find any RED / white (-) for driver door unlock. Does anyone have any experience on the car instead of just going off a diagram?
