I just purchased a set of MB Quarts and I've already soldered them together and installed them in my car but havent hooked anything else up yet. The speaker wires that came with it (1) black wire and (1) black wire with a white stripe. I assumed the all black wire is the negative and the black and white one is the positive....did I hook everything up right? I've checked the wires to see if they were marked positive or negative but it didn't say it anywhere on the wires. Please help.

What exact model# speakers are they? 99.99% of the time, the larger speaker terminal is the posititive lead.
