Does anyone have pictures of finished projects or projects in progress of their custom built sub enclosures?  I am trying to put something into my 1988 300zx hatch using 2 10"400w pioneer subs and an 800w amp.  Any help would be great!

I guess thats what I need to do is create a website so I can show my pics. Im not the best installer but I build pretty good boxes wood and fiberglass. I'll let you know when I get it up and running. Get back with the Forum if you need help with the box. Lots of good professional people here all glad to help. Good luck.

I've got a lot of different custom enclosures I've done on my website.  Here's the link: http://www.sounddomain.com/memberpage/304268

Here's a picture of the nearly finished enclosure I built for the Porsche 928 on the last page:

Look through Fiberglass and Interiors.
Build the box so that it performs well in the worst case scenario and, in return, it will reward you at all times.

How and the heck do you calculated volume for curved enclosures like that? I am great at  algebra but not  geometry so maybe that's why I can't fathom that whole concept.

I just get an idea of the area I'm working with and figure from there.  They usually come fairly close, close enough to not really matter.  As an example, the above was figured at 1.4 cubic feet.  When I actually measured it with water, it turned out to be 1.49 cubic feet.  I think people put too much emphasis on enclosure size precision when in fact the audible tolerances are quite large.
