I have a 03 Jeep Cherokee and a CD is struck in the radio. Does anyone know how to remove the CD? The radio works fine and also the CD changer works fine.

hit it really hard...lol...or...since you find yourself asking this question take it to a small shop that does repairs and such that will take it apart for you...there is no easy way to get it out...although the small needlenose pliers method does work sometimes...but i wouldn't reccomend it...

Try removing the negative battery cable and then re-attaching it.  Maybe this will reset the mechanism.  Or if you feel confident remove the radio and take the top off. You should be able to manually push the CD out.

Good luck.

disconnecting the negative battery cable will most likely do nothing...jeep dodge chrysler radios have internal memory(clearly not the technical term)...and doing this wont even clear the channel presets off your radio let alone spit out the cd...you will have to take it apart or take it somewhere...
