I will like to know if one of you has a F150 1997.If yes can you post the diagram of the fuses block with the detail wich fuses is for.I will like to have that when I check a fuse to know wich fuse is for the radio,the horn etc,etc

I bought the truck 3 weeks ago and the owner manual was not in the truck.,.

Check your fuses with a test light or a DMM.  You have two fuse boxes, one in the driver's compartment and one under the hood.  The fuse that is blown may not neccessarily be the radio fuse.
Do it right the first time
