yeah it is on the f 150 expedition super duty and the explorer as well. I did not think it was on the new (at the time 2002) explorer. i found out about ayear later i finally had one come back. I used the dbl pulse on 150 250 and expedition with no problems. Not that any of this really matters there is one problem and some times multiple solutions. We have given ss multiple solutions for his problem hope they help you out

Check out directechs fax 1093. I t is for the ford expidition 2002. 03 and up you use a relay and a one amp diode. Or you can try the ignition key trick. turn on, turn off, hit lock unlock three times, turn the key on, turn off, hit unlock three times. The horn should honk if done correct. The dealer has the option to lock out this program feature.

shocker

"LOL, Mike you always enlighten me. . . "
Glad to hear I'm good for something!
"Or you can try the ignition key trick. turn on, turn off, hit lock unlock three times, turn the key on, turn off, hit unlock three times. The horn should honk if done correct."
Here's the correct procedure:
Turn ignition on: hit unlock switch 3 times
Turn ignition off: hit unlock switch 3 times
Turn ignition on: hit LOCK switch 2 times w/ in 5 seconds
Then you should hear the horn. 2 horn honks means the option is disabled. 2 quick honks followed by another indicates the options is on. Hit the lock switch to toggle between the two. If you get no response (most likely) then it won't work on the vehicle and you will need to look into one of the other options.
Once done turn the ignition off to exit programming..
Mike
