Remove the radio and use a volt meter to measure the orange and green wire directly next to it for power. The orange wire in the radio plug is battery power. The green wire is for switched ignition. The green wire may or may not be driven by a relay in the dash which is for retained accessory power. If your radio stayed on with the key off until a door was opened, then it has this feature. The relay is controlled by the BCM. Check qll your fuses in both fuse boxes for blown ones. The problem is NOT the radio's theft system. The radio would display LOC if it was.

Thanks for all the help. THe ignition wire fixed the check engine problem. All the fuses were ok on the radio but I found a wire that split and barely hanging on by insulation behind the radio. So everything works great now. YAY! Thanks again
