Can't get parking lights lit

94 Lebaron convertible. I hooked up the flashing light wire to the BLACK / YELLOW behind the light switch and it won't work. I can hear the relay kicking in and I get 12 volts at the wire. I checked the wire at the light switch to verify it is the right one and it does have 12 volts when the parking light switch is turned on. I have 2 diagrams, one from here and one from ultra start. One says the location is the light switch and one says the kick panel. I cannot find anything at the kickpanel without major tearing apart. Am I overlooking something? Also I am having a hard time finding the horn wire. I have the ability to lock, unlock and remote start as of now. Thanks

Are you splicing wires or using quick splice connector?

Horn wire is in harness coming out of steering column...it's there

I don't know if there is something wrong with my car but the only way I could get the parking lights to flash was to hook it up to the orange wire coming off the light switch. Thanks for the replys. I am going to tackle the horn next. I found the RED / black wire. It doesn't seem to work either. I am going to keep trying.
