RKE remotes don't recall driver settings

u can set the DIC to recall the seat position with one of 3 settings: 1)RECALL OFF (by default) 2)RECALL AT KEY IN 3)RECALL ON REMOTE now for my problem: installed a starter on an 03 envoy everything works fine except for the personal recall settings by the key i used a GMDAA as the bypass 1)the buttons on the door work fine and recall the both drivers 2)the remotes work fine if setting 3 is programed (see above) 3)if setting 3 is programed the truck doesn't reconize the different keys (custumer says it did b4 the starter was but it) does anyone know a fix for this or how th program each key to each driver settings. thanks for any help
