No,
Sorry let me explain it again...say i turn off the H/U power before i turn off the engine....and after for a short time i turn on the key "ACC" or start my engine the H/U will come on. BUT i already switch it off before turning the engine off.
Hope this time i explain it a bit better
Thanks :)

do you have your memory wire hooked up to your HU?  If not then its not remembering that it is turned off and just powering up as if it was just pulled out of the box.

My head unit turns on automatically if it's on ON or ACC. I think most head units do that already. If i have the engine on and I don't want to hear music I just switch it off and it stays off but it doesn't mean it will still be off when I put the key in the ignition again. =)

Well it doesn't happen like this before, if i turn off the H/U and then turn off the engine. Next time when i turn on the engine the H/U still off till i turn it on.

just take the face off if you don't want to hear the music when you start the car.
