Where do they sell these passlock II Immobolizers for the GM vehicles?? to bypass the anti-theft system?? (Universal Alarm Bypass Module part # 2x402 where X can be any number)

Just about anywhere. One is made by DEI part #555L and you could also check Bypasskits.com.

Best buy, circuit city, audio express, car toys, ultimate electronics, or any other place that sells/installs alarms. Car dealerships are not going to have it.
